"전통의 물성과 현대적 조형미가 빚어낸 유니크 하우스"

반포 자이 80평 프로젝트는 리슨커뮤니케이션이 오랜 세월 추구해온 디자인 철학과 맥을 같이합니다. 현관과 복도를 지나 마주하는 탁 트인 거실에 들어서면, 은은한 빛을 머금은 벽면이 가장 먼저 시선을 사로잡습니다.

전통 한지와 무광 유리 패널로 마감한 벽체는 자연광과 간접조명을 부드럽게 산란시키며 공간에 깊이 있는 음영을 드리웁니다. 한지의 결 사이로 은은하게 번지는 빛은 공간의 표정을 한층 풍성하게 만듭니다.

차분하고 정갈한 여백 속에 더해진 따스한 결의 오크 원목, 국가무형유산 보유자와의 협업으로 탄생한 옻칠 오브제와 벽면 매입 가구 등은 전통과 현대가 조화롭게 공존하는 독창적인 공간을 완성합니다.

A Unique House Crafted from Traditional Materiality and Modern Aesthetics

The Banpo Xi 80-pyeong (approx. 264㎡) project aligns seamlessly with the design philosophy Listen Communication has pursued over the years. Stepping into the expansive living room through the entryway and hallway, a wall bathed in soft light immediately catches the eye. Finished with traditional Hanji and matte glass panels, the wall gently diffuses both natural daylight and indirect lighting, casting deep, nuanced shadows across the interior. The soft glow permeating the delicate textures of Hanji enriches the spatial ambiance.

Warm-grained solid oak set against a calm, refined void, alongside lacquered (ottchil) objects and built-in wall furniture created in collaboration with a National Intangible Cultural Heritage holder, complete a distinctive space where tradition and modernity harmoniously coexist.
